Description
We are seeking an experienced Electronics & Communication Engineering Teacher to join Haridwar University. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-15 years of experience in the relevant field and a proven track record of excellence in teaching and research. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to the development of the Electronics & Communication Engineering curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Develop and deliver course materials and assessments that are engaging, relevant,
and aligned with the curriculum
- Supervise student projects and research work, providing guidance and feedback as necessary
- Contribute to the development of the Electronics & Communication Engineering curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Collaborate with colleagues to design, develop, and implement research projects that advance the knowledge and understanding of Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences and seminars
- Participate in departmental and institutional activities, including committees, meetings, and events
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends, technologies, and practices in Electronics & Communication Engineering
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related field
- 5-15 years of experience in teaching and research in Electronics & Communication Engineering in the job market context of India
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective course materials and assessments
- Experience supervising student projects and research work
- Expertise in one or more areas of Electronics & Communication Engineering, such as signal processing, telecommunications, microelectronics, or control systems
- Experience with modern teaching methodologies and technologies, including online and blended learning
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds
- Record of publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at conferences and seminars
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
