Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness requirements definition and management : Requirement gathering, elicitation, management of requirements thru its E2E lifecycle.Capture user and business requirements; elicit, analyse, challenge, prioritise and document the end-to-end Service Design requirements
Champion and contribute to the Business Analysis practice within the chapter, developing practices, tools, knowledge and capability to support the delivery of large, complex business initiatives. Be the subject matter expert on Business Analysis. Provide business analysis and process design coaching and support to peers and project teams.
Run detailed process and requirements workshops engaging multiple stakeholders across organization / functions Technology, Product Line, operational subject matter experts, ensuring end to end business process enables a great customer and colleague experience
Document and maintain design artefacts (e.g. service blueprints, process designs, user requirements) to the appropriate standards. Define appropriate quality measures and targets for QM practices
Support the readiness of our operational colleagues through detailed knowledge transfer and low-level process design
Identify improvement opportunities and feed these into the agreed delivery backlog
Work on estimation of efforts for user stories, Skills Required:BA certification, minimum 2 to 3 years of BA experience on CRM, other telecom applications
Should have experience in agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban etc.Business requirements definition and management. Creating use cases, user stories, Business Requirement Specifications, backlog management
Business process design and modelling Analyze and document business processes and workflows with the objective of understanding as-is state, in order to define the to-be state
Analysis of business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated
Business improvement methodologies i.e Continuous Improvement, Lean, Design for Six Sigma etc Testing, Trial & Validation techniques working with project stakeholders to validate their requirements and analysis models via techniques such as reviews, walkthroughs and User Acceptance testing
Human-centred design practices – contributing to service blueprints, wireframes, journey maps, process maps / flows
Communication - Able to express thinking clearly to others when writing, speaking and presenting. Able to facilitate design workshops and walkthroughs
Problem solving - Excellent analytical,
problem-solving and organizational skills Stakeholder Management - comfortable in front of audiences at all levels of seniority (up to exec level)Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is essential
Managing high levels of ambiguity – Able to deal with uncertainty and risk and adapt to change, should be able to handle conflicts, work in cross functional teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
