Trainee will be trained on sales process, 5 step product presentation.On the job coaching, he will be traveling with sales representatives attending sales and service calls.Practices sales process by calling on existing and new accounts; adhering to established sales steps.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational improvement opportunities, reading sales and marketing publications, maintaining personal networks; participating in sales and marketing organizations.Accomplishes sales & organization mission by completing related results as needed.Gather market and customer data by performing detailed research activitiesResearch future buying trends and provide feedback to the supervisor in a bid to assist the sales management team in creating sales plansObserve sales processes by shadowing sales consultants and emulate their sales management processes to meet set targets The trainee will complete the certification after attending trainings at the BMW training center in Gurugram. This qualification will assist the trainee in becoming a BMW certified sales consultant. The entire training cost will be absorbed by the dealer.,
