Responsibilities:
● Conduct engaging training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
● Develop and deliver effective training materials, including presentations,
manuals
● Conduct New Hire Training, Mentor and Nurture them to be job ready.
● Assess the training needs of employees and create tailored training programs to among employees. and online resources. address these needs.
● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making continuous improvements as needed.
● Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as they apply newly acquired knowledge and skills.
● Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and engagement from participants.
● Handle large groups of learners effectively, adapting training methods to suit various learning styles.
● Track and report on training metrics and outcomes to measure the impact of training efforts.
