Accounting & Reporting Manager - General

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide accounting, reporting, and consolidation expertise. Each day,





you will support in accounting and reporting matters to business/reporting units through resolution of accounting and reporting questions, financial statement preparation and review follow-up on accounting issues. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting in the preparation of financial reports in compliance with internal guidelines, procedures, and external regulatory requirements. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite,#LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Finance Operational Service based in Bangalore, India. You will be mainly accountable for: . Contributing to the definition, implementation, and improvement of accounting policies relevant to your area and level of expertise. . Executing established accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with ABB group policies and local instructions. . Performing quality checks on financial reporting data submitted by the units, including analytical review of major fluctuations, and liaising with internal and external auditors on accounting and reporting issues. . Conducting investigations and reconciliation of accounting transaction,





as necessary, and facilitating the resolution of accounting and reporting issues.

Qualifications for the role

- You are immersed engaged in highly skilled working with R2R,SAP the shared services/manufacturing market
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in advanced skills .You have 5-9 years of experience in R2R,GL,SAP
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP. Secondary Cost Element Management. Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
- You are passionate about ,you are innovative around MS Excel and MS office
- Proven experience of Bachelor's degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
- You are at ease communicating with Strong written and verbal communication skills
