Our Client a 68 years old Automobile Dealership Company with employee strength of more than 500 persons looking for staff for their very high premium Luxury Brand Retail Show room located at S.G. Highway, Makarba, Ahmedabad.
Position : Sales Manager/Sales Head
Qualification : Any graduate + MBA(Preferred)
Job Timing : 10 AM to 7:00 PM
CTC : 12 to 18 Lacs Based on experience of candidate.
Experience : 9 to 15 Years in sales of Premium Cars segment only.
Job Description :
- Candidate has to handle the team of Sales Consultants & Achieve Sales Targets.
- Candidate should have very good sales experience in premium cars segment.
- Candidate should be result oriented & have team handling capacity.
- Candidate has to understand Premium Cars Competitions & how to do sales against competitors strategies.
- Understand requirement of customer for premium car & suggest them appropriate models.
- Ensure proper pre sales & after sales customer services through team members.
- Train & Develop Team Members.
- Resolve Customers queries.
Skills :
- Managerial & Leadership Qualities.
- Excellent Communication skills in English & Hindi
