Qualifications :
- Provenexperience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a luxury hotelor fine dining establishment.
- Culinary degreeor diploma preferred.
- Strong knowledgeof various cuisines cooking techniques and international culinarytrends.
- Excellent leadership communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in afastpaced environment and handle pressure with grace andprofessionalism.
- Flexibility to work eveningsweekends and holidays as required.
- Knowledge ofHACCP and food safety standards.
