Key Responsibilities
- Customer feedback:
- Contact customers who have recently purchased laptops to gather feedback on their experience.
- Document customer feedback and escalate any concerns or issues to the relevant departments.
- Assist in creating reports based on customer feedback data for management review.
- Customer relationship management:
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist in segmenting customer data for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Support the CRM team in executing customer outreach initiatives.
- E-commerce support:
- Assist in the management of online product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support the e-commerce team in the execution of promotional campaigns.
- Help monitor online customer reviews and ratings, providing feedback to the e-commerce team.
- Contribute ideas and insights during team meetings to improve online sales strategies.
