2. Optimize Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) as agreed.

Sales Planning:
1. Develop and approve sales plans in alignment with overall business goals.
2. Review and approve sales reports and forecasts.
Customer Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain relationships with key customers.

Address customer concerns and feedback.

Accountability & Ownership: Sets clear goals for self & team; Gains clear agreement and commitment on decisions from others by persuading, convincing & negotiating; Takes initiative to drive results; Take ownership of mistakes and work towards fixing them.
Business and Functional: Is aware about the current practices in the Food sales and gets inputs from team to formulate strategy and initiatives; Keeps track of business metrics to take decisions; Is aware of potential risks & works towards mitigating them; Drives people with leadership. Has analytical skills for generating insights and making rational judgements
Customer Focus: Understands customer and business needs and align strategy to the same; plans internal communication in line with the needs; Ensures high quality delivery; Seeks feedback to drive improvement
Managing Teams:
Provides a clear direction; motivates & empowers the team; Build and drive a high-performance culture; work towards development of team.
Hygiene Instinct: Understands importance of hygiene. Works to improve on hygiene parameters by educating the benefits to the employees. Creates an atmosphere to benchmark the hygiene standards with internal benchmarking.
Cost focus: Understands costs. Impact of cost and related quality. Builds balance between cost and quality. Ensures quality is not compromised without additional expenses.
