Job Summary :
As an Assistant Manager - you will lead efforts to acquire Current Account and Savings Account customers while managing a team of Sales Officers. You will be responsible for driving sales targets, coaching team members, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a blend of leadership, market knowledge, and sales expertise.
Key roles :
- Achieve Sales Targets : Drive the team to meet CASA sales targets and implement sales strategies.
- Team Management : Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Officers to ensure high performance.
- Lead Generation : Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Customer Relationship :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and address escalated issues.
- Cross-Selling : Promote and ensure the cross-sale of banking products like loans and Educational Qualification : Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience : 2-4 years in CASA or banking sales.
- Age : 24-32 years.
- Must have leadership experience in managing a team.
- Local candidates preferred with knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- Must own a bike for local travel.
