Job Title- Customer Support Executive
We're looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to customers, answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Take inbound and blended calls, answer questions.
- Make outbound calls to prospects and clients.
- Assist with activities, documenting leads, and managing databases.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the business.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Detail-oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent oral communication skills and listening skills.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years (Preferred)
- Education- Graduate (Minimum)
Location- Gurgaon, Haryana
Salary- Rs. 13,000.00-24,000.00 per month
