Role: Tech Lead - Full Stack

Primary Technology/skills: Full Stack Developer (React JS/ Node JS)
Specific Skills:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with building RESTful APIs and understanding of API design principles. Ensure API performance, security, and scalability.
- Solid understanding of front-end development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL, NoSQL).
- Knowledge of AI concepts and machine learning algorithms is a plus.
- Experience with building APIs for LLMs is a strong advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving,
debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms- Azure
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
- Experience with development tools (e.g., VS Code, debugging tools).
Details of duties to be performed:
- Develop and maintain complex front-end applications using React, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex user interfaces using React and related technologies.
- Optimize application performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to enhance product features.
- Build and deploy APIs for Large Language Models (LLMs) to integrate AI capabilities into the application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end, back-end, and AI development.
