Key Responsibilities:
- Using a sample-based approach, conduct quality audits on the activities of Health Insurance Advisors involved in selling health insurance to customers.
- Deliver and conduct training programs to ensure the team’s product knowledge and skills are up to date.
- Identify process non-compliance, recommend corrective actions, and suggest improvements to uphold quality standards.
- Act as the go-to person for product and process queries, providing support to the team.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
- Prior work experience in Insurance sales or QA and Training function of an Insurance Broker/ Company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions and measure impact; critical thinker with good problem-solving skills
