Project Management Associate

Ascendeum is looking for seasoned Professionals with extensive hands-on experience overseeing a wide variety of projects in the field of digital advertising or website and application development.

Responsibilities:

- Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.
- Working closely with the team of Business Analysts in understanding the client requirements and converting the same into actionable tickets.
- Outlining, defining, initiating and planning the project.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Eliminate any project blockers hindering the project's progress.
- Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.






- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Review proposed modifications, get approval from authorized personnel, and implement approved changes by coordinating with all the involved stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and ensure that deadlines are followed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and quarterly progress reports for the clients and senior management.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Ensure that advertising services are running smoothly as expected.
- Foresee and troubleshoot ad serving issues quickly to minimize the advertising capital loss.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a relevant role.
- PMP, CSM, Scrum or similar certification is preferred.
- Experience working with JIRA Project Management Software.
- Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.






- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal, and written communication and people management skills.
- Educational background in the fields of computer science or engineering.
- Willing to work in the EST time zone.
