Position: SAP ABAP Developer
Experience: 4 to 7 years
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Permanent
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA development, including working on system conversions and upgrades.
- Expertise in IDocs development, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of SAP integrations (RFC, BAPI, OData, SOAP, REST API).
- Solid understanding of SAP enhancement techniques (BADI, User Exits, Enhancement Spots).
- Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting ABAP code.
- Familiarity with SAP modules like MM, SD, FI, and others,
along with their integration points.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development and OData services.
- Knowledge of SAP PI/PO, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for more complex integrations.
- Familiarity with SAP Workflow and SAP ALE/EDI technologies.
- SAP ABAP certification and experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
Analytical Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex ABAP programs.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective interaction with stakeholders and functional consultants.
