Title: Manager/ Sr. Manager – Finance
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Accounts payable process, fixed assets accounting ,monthly books closure & payments process.
- Manage Banking Relationships , Treasury functions (Investment) & Cash forecast.
- Validation of audit schedules, vendor reconciliation /confirmation, fixed asset physical verification etc.,
- Process improvements and automation.
- ICFR, Risk & Compliance management.
- Managing foreign Subsidiary .
- Effective people management and development.
- Support Internal / Statutory Audit.
Skills:
- Well versed with Accounting standards / Ind-AS.
- Good presentation and communication skills to deal with top management.
- Analytical skills to present insights to management on the business.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and task orientation.
- Ability to run the automation agenda for a finance function.
- Well versed with Oracle ERP.
- CA with minimum 3 yrs. of post qualification experience.
