Job Description:
As a Call Centre Executive, you will work as a call centre agent for a UK-based software product company, handling their customer support voice calls. Your role will involve managing inbound customer service inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to clients. You will also support the sales and marketing teams with various administrative tasks.
Location: Kochi (must relocate to Kochi), hybrid mode (a mix of in-office and remote work)
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a call centre role, specifically handling customers in the UK or US region.
Working Hours: Full-time position working for a UK-based client during UK business hours (~1 PM to 10 PM IST).
Responsibilities and Duties:
Inbound Call Management: Handle and manage inbound customer support calls for the UK-based company, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and directing calls to relevant departments.
Customer Support: Provide information and assistance to customers regarding the company's products and services.
Administrative Support: Maintain records of customer interactions and update internal systems as necessary.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer problems efficiently, escalating issues when required.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to client needs.
Market Updates: Share relevant market and competitor insights with the team based on customer feedback and inquiries.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Any degree.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a call centre role
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as daily coordination with UK-based team members and customers is required.
Attributes: Initiative and problem-solving attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Other Desirable Skills: Knowledge of the public sector, healthcare, or VCFSE is a plus. A dynamic self-starter with innovative ideas is highly preferred.
