We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in the Telecommunication domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of telecommunications systems, processes, and technologies, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, analyze data, and provide strategic insights that drive business improvements and innovation.
- Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, capture, and document business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Telecom Process Expertise:
Analyze and optimize processes related to telecom networks, billing systems, customer service, and network management.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights from telecom data, presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design solutions aligned with business needs, ensuring consistency with overall business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with business leaders, project managers, and vendors to ensure effective communication and delivery of solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), use case documentation, and user stories.
- Telecom Systems Knowledge: Provide expertise on OSS/BSS, telecom billing systems, provisioning, and network infrastructure.
- Agile Methodologies: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams,
ensuring alignment and successful execution of Agile projects.
- Risk & Impact Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments and evaluate the business impact of new systems or enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on telecommunication projects.
- Strong knowledge of telecom industry standards, processes, and technologies
- Salesforce or Vlocity Background mandatory
- Experience working with telecom billing systems, CRM, network management tools, and provisioning platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with business process modeling and developing workflow diagrams.
