The ServiceNow Business Analyst works with key project stakeholders and requestors to capture business and user requirements. The Analyst also works with the Platform Support and Development teams to ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification. The ServiceNow Business Analyst possesses sound foundational and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and applications, a detailed understanding of the business users represented, and the ability to describe business and user requirements in a manner that enables system administrators, application developers, and quality assurance engineers to understand and estimate the relative effort, and deliver business functionality.







Responsibilities may include the following:

Where you come in:

- You will represents project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes
- You will own the relationship with project stakeholders and requestors to identify, model, and document business, process, and data requirements
- You will provide training to stakeholders and requestors on various uses of the ServiceNow platform
- You will work with Platform Support and Development teams to develop level-of-effort and release estimates
- You will support the Platform Team in understanding business and test requirements
- You will translate technical complexities to project stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisions
- You will chair and coordinate all business stakeholder meetings as well as executive stakeholder meetings
- You will participate and provide input in all architectural processes and discussions
- You will own the business analysis model and consistently drive improvements

Required Skills:

7+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst

3+ Years of ServiceNow experience.
