We're seeking a talented Front End Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, scalable user interfaces using modern web technologies. You'll work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development
- Strong proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem
- Extensive experience with TypeScript and type-safe development
- Proven experience with Next.js and server-side rendering
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL integration
- Proficient in modern HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Additional Skills
- Experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js
- Integrate and consume REST and GraphQL APIs
- Collaborate with backend developers to design and implement APIs
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation
- Work with the design team to implement pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components)
- Knowledge of WebSocket implementations
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
- Experience with micro-frontend architectures
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience with A/B testing and analytics integration
