Job Description:
- Cloud Operations Service with strong Azure/AWS knowledge and communication.
- Knowledge in Windows and Linux Operating systems, IaaS, PaaS, VMs, Networking, Storage & security.
- Strong understanding of cloud applications, concepts and the storage, compute and networking components of Microsoft Azure and AWS
- 3+ years of experience and strong working knowledge of enterprise cloud platforms.
- Knowledge on Cloud Networking concepts (VNET, VPC, Subnet, Load Balancing, VNET peering, VPN)
- Knowledge on monitoring systems (e.g. Azure Monitor, Cloud Watch)
- Proactive Event Handling and Incident Management based on the Alerts from Monitoring Systems
- ITIL process knowledge and experience in raising tickets, vendor cases.
- Coordinate between L1 Support team and L2/L3 support teams
- Strong analytic and probing skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & Problem-Solving skills
- Availability to work in a 24x7 Rotation shifts.
