Position : Operations Executive - B2B Account Management

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as an Operations Executive for B2B Account Management. The ideal candidate will support the operations team by managing business accounts, ensuring smooth execution of services, and handling day-to-day operational activities. Proficiency in Excel and a strong ability to multitask are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with B2B clients, ensuring their operational needs are met.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts,
ensuring timely responses and resolutions to client inquiries.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, including documentation, coordination, and tracking progress.
- Monitor and track orders, deliveries, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, and tech) to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on client accounts, operational metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze operational data using Excel to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all client interactions, contracts, and operational processes.
- Provide operational support for the implementation of new services, products, or solutions for clients.
- Help maintain a positive relationship with clients by continuously improving the quality of service.
Requirements:
- Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Skills :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of B2B business models and processes.
Soft Skills :
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving processes.
- A team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in an operations role.
