Position: Senior Project Manager - AI/ML
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 3-4 medium-sized AI/ML projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives.
- Oversee project life cycles, from initiation to closure, with a strong focus on analytics and AI technologies.
- Identify and address recurring challenges in project delivery, especially those related to automation and integration within the tech stack.
- Adapt project approaches proactively in response to roadblocks, employing creative problem-solving techniques.
- Foster strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Utilize a technical background in data and analytics to inform project decisions and strategies.
- Guide the integration of various tools (e.g., Microsoft Suite) to streamline project workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations to overcome integration challenges and optimize tool usage.
Qualifications:
- 10+ Years, 6+ years of relevant experience in AI/ ML projects.
- Proven experience in managing AI and ML projects, with a focus on delivering impactful results.
- Familiarity with the unique challenges of integrating different technologies and tools in a project environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and adapt plans as needed to meet project goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
Must have:
- Experience in handling AI/ML projects
- End-to-End Project Delivery
- AI project Implementations
- Experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
- Development and deployment experience in cloud environment
