Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled D365 Consultant with 5-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform. You will be responsible for developing and implementing custom solutions that enhance our business processes, improve data management, and integrate various systems.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM,





specifically in customization and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and its integration with Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in developing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps within the Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, including data modeling and management.
- Expertise in Power Automate for creating automated workflows.
- Familiarity with Dataflows for integrating and transforming data across applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements.
- Create and maintain Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps,





and Dataflows within the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and SharePoint Online, ensuring seamless data flow and user accessibility.
- Utilize Dataverse to build data models that support applications and business logic.
- Automate workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance of applications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing solutions, ensuring they remain aligned with business needs.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:







- Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Understanding of data security and compliance standards.
