Graphic Designer / UI/UX Specialist
Authority Magnet Co. is seeking a versatile and talented Graphic Designer / UI/UX Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, following a 5-day work week schedule.
About the Role
We're looking for a creative powerhouse who can handle a wide range of design tasks, with a special emphasis on website design and UI/UX. The ideal candidate will work directly with our CEO, Mohammad Qaiser ( and must possess excellent communication skills, particularly in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling designs across various mediums, including:
- Logo Design
- Website Design
- UI/UX Design
- Graphics Design
- Social Media Content
- YouTube Thumbnails
- Develop and maintain consistent brand identities for our clients
- Collaborate closely with the team to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Contribute innovative ideas to elevate the quality of our design projects
- Ensure all designs adhere to best practices and client specifications
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present design concepts
- Collaborate with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on website and UI/UX design
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Extensive portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, particularly in website and UI/UX design
- Expert proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first approaches
- Knowledge of current design trends and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience in client-facing roles and ability to effectively communicate design concepts
- Ability to work effectively with developers and understand technical constraints
Preferred Skills
- Experience in creating interactive designs or animations
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics
- Familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms
- Understanding of SEO principles as they relate to design
