Title: Director Product Engineering - .Net Core Angular Full Stack
Location: NaviMumbai
Experience: 12-18 yrs
Summary:
As the Director Product Engineering, Responsible for leading and managing the engineering teams to drive the development of innovative software solutions. responsible for translating the company's technical vision into strategy and actionable plans, overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership of software development activities throughout the product development lifecycle for assigned applications / product areas.
- Transform high-level strategic product direction into tactical product direction.
- Effectively propose and manage schedules as well as resources.
- Coordinate and coach development teams with a focus on collaboration, automation, and testing
- Designing solutions based on strong knowledge of the technologies involved
- Owning deliverables, cross-functional team planning & coordination, identifying and mitigating bottle-necks/ risks
- Working closely with the Product Management team on Business case to be solved and proposed approach
- Track progress, communicate risks and escalate concerns in a timely manner
- Establish software development practices and standards ensuring Compliance and InfoSec adherence
.Net Technology Stack: Cloud computing, C#, .Net Core, Python, Angular, Javascript, JQuery, MySQL/ SQL server, IIS, OOPS, Design patterns, Solid principles
SQL Technology Stack: MySQL / SQL Server, BQ Performance tuning
Experience Required
- MastersBachelors in Computer Science.
- Agile Certification Required
- At least 12 years Experience with full software development lifecycle including but not limited to waterfall, Agile and Scrum development practices
- At least 10 years of hands-on application development experience using Microsoft Technologies with Cloud experience
- At least 7 years experience in agile development
- 5+ years of experience in building UI related components using Angular, .NET Core, ASP.NET and C# and familiar with design concepts and capable of building the application from scratch
- Experience with both consuming and designing RESTful APIs using .Net, API management and deployment
- Understanding of emerging technologies and latest cloud services & solutions
- Use an analytical and data driven approach to drive a deep understanding of fast changing business
- Experience in developing clean user interface, middle tier, using message queues (cloud pub sub), stream processing, highly available and fault tolerant techniques
- Experience in roles conducting requirements gathering, writing user stories and creating design
- Expert level skills in writing and troubleshooting code
- Proficiency in using GCP SDKs for interacting with native services
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence client business and IT teams
- Ability to work independently and across multiple teams
- Developing thought leadership materials and being recognized in the Information Technology industry as a credible participant in the digital and cloud dialogue
- Experience developing solutions for clinical operations preferred
- Proven expertise in application architecture & system design & development
- Understanding of industry best practices and experience in cloud services, automation and integration would be preferred
- US Healthcare knowledge and experience would be preferred.
