These positions are for our prime Pharma client in Mumbai.
We are seeking an ideal candidate who is an analytical team player, responsible for leading a high-performing team that oversees the entire product lifecycle—from strategy to evaluation. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop product roadmaps and identify new opportunities. We currently have openings in the following segments:
- Novena: Derma Segment
- Synox: Cardio-Diabetic Segment
- Mindvision: Neuro Segment
- Trade Marketing
Job Description:
1. Developing the plan / strategy for the brand (Operational and Strategic Plan) & gaining support from internal and external stakeholders
2.
Leading the innovation agenda from Ideation to Launch as per Brand Strategy
3. Ensuring timely Implementation of brand plans for HCPs as per annual brand plan calendar
4. Identifying and drawing up any corrective action plan required based on opportunities and challenges
5. Constantly tracking brand performance on various performance matrix of Internal & External data trends
6. Build plan and equity for KOL / KBL Management
7. Handle brand P&L; and liaison with all the stakeholders
8. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs
Qualifications
- B.Sc. / B.Pharm., MBA, PGDM
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
