Role Overview
The Service Executive in the Business operations will be responsible for taking up the entire back-end operations and support to Field staff, Sales and marketing in coordinators with other Departments and Branches.
- SCM related tasks
Handling Asset and goods movements across India including Sales/Marketing, Field Service and Work Assets.
Request Creation, checking, issuance and despatch.
DC Updation & E-way bill Preparation.
Correspondence & Liaison with Internal and External teams for timely delivery.
Physical stock taking of OMSI Assets.
Record keeping of all Commercial and legal documents.
- Handling call registration related issues and tasks.
- Support HQ / Branch with various MIS reports related to above activities.
- Support in Audit activities (Internal & External).
- Vendor management including procurement related to Demo & Loaner support.
- Support in process improvements as and when required.
Key Skill Sets
- Good knowledge of SCM processes.
- Person should be multitasking.
- Should understand & prioritize task as per company need
- Able to deliver under pressure.
- Persons should be good at MS Office & outlook.
- Communication (written and verbal) & Presentation skills.
- Creative/conceptual Thinking i.e. Problem solving skills.
- Capable of working in Team Environment.
Qualification – Graduation from any stream.
Preferred Experience –
Candidate should have past experience of 2-5 years in back-Office Operations for Asset Management, General office administration, Sales and Service
