We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team for promoting and selling our extensive range of natural stone products to customers, including architects, contractors, builders, and interior designers. Your primary goal will be to increase sales revenue, expand our customer base, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and generating leads.
- Efficiently oversee the entire lead generation process, including prospecting, appointment setting, delivering presentations,
and converting leads into sales with utmost professionalism.
- Possess extensive experience collaborating with professionals in the architecture, interior design, contracting, and building industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, create compelling presentations and demonstrations to architects and clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
- Meet personal sales targets by cultivating new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients.
- Foster productive relationships with key distributors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on competitor products, sales strategies, and marketing activities to effectively monitor the market. relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development professional or similar role in the Natural stone / Building Material industry.
- Strong knowledge of natural stone products, including their properties, applications, and installation processes.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive for success.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Stone Shippers Ltd is a 38 year old manufacturing company with 3 factories at Kota
(Rajasthan), 2 factories at Betamcherla (Andhra Pradesh), and a Head Office at
Nariman Point, Mumbai.
We manufacture sandstone and limestone flooring, which are exported to the garden landscaping industry through distributors and chain stores.
Stone Shippers directly supplies civic/commercial and bespoke high-end projects as well. The company is fast-growing and supplies Indian stones of the highest quality to international markets like the USA, Canada, the UK, Germany and Japan.
