*Job Summary*: The Accounts and ComplianceManager oversees the review of financial accounts and ensuresadherence to regulatory standards of their clients for VAT CustomsCorporate Tax and other compliances.
*KeyResponsibilities*:
Financial Management: review daily accountingoperations including accounts payable/receivable payroll andgeneral ledger maintenance.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and presentaccurate financial reports and MIS for stakeholderpresentation.
RecordMaintenance:
Maintain organized and accurate financial recordsincluding digital filing systems.
Compliance Oversight: Develop implement andmonitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to financialregulations and internal policies.
Auditing: Coordinate and assist with internaland external audits ensuring timely resolution of anyfindings.
*Skills*:
Timemanagement.
High attention to detail andaccuracy in financial reporting and compliancedocumentation.
Ability to manage multiplepriorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
*Work Environment*: This positiontypically operates in an office setting with working hours from 10AM to 6:30 PM. Occasional overtime may be required during peakfinancial periods and closer to reporting deadlines.
