We are looking for a strong Business Analyst for one of our directs clients in USA
Contract and Remote position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Play a key role in Adobe Analytics user support organization wide
• Help to drive root cause analysis and resolution on data quality tickets, help triage support tickets for Web and App Analytics platform, including working within the Adobe user interface as well as within raw clickstream data daily
• Prioritize day to day intake of Adobe analytics user support questions and tickets
• Help to drive Business engagement initiatives for Adobe users like helping in office hours, addressing user support questions,
helping to build user support documentation and find efficiencies across user support needs
KEY EXPERIENCES
• 2-3 years of Analytics or IT experience, at least 1+ of which include business analyst or web analytics related experience
• Subject matter expertise with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics - Required)
• Experience with SQL and ability to query large data sets for root cause analysis (Preferred)
• Experience in tag management systems i.e. Tealium (Preferred), Google Tag Manager, etc.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with decision making in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities, escalate appropriately and handle multiple assignments at once
• Capable of communicating complex ideas clearly and succinctly both verbally and in writing
• Ability to communicate with user group at different levels of expertise – strong communication skills
• Desire to independently drive results in a fast-paced, challenging environment
