Smart Interviews was founded in early 2016 by Amit Bansal, an alumnus of IIIT-Hyderabad, with the vision of bridging the technical skill gap between the existing talent pool and industry expectations.
We started with a batch of just 10 students and in 7 years, we have up-skilled over 32000 students and industry experts. Smart Interviews has grown tremendously in the education industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own and coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle
- Source (inbound & outbound), prospect, and cold calling to external stakeholders/Businesses.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with B2B clients
- Act as a trusted advisor and career coach ensuring student success
- Build and track sales pipeline
- Bring new business and over-achieve monthly target.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential B2B partners to enhance business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with existing partners, ensuring mutual benefit and growth.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of experience in B2B Sales/B2C Sales
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.(bold)
- Experience working in the EdTech startup environment(is a plus).
- MBA/Bachelors degree in business or a related field
- Hands on experience MS Excel/Google sheets/Google forms, Google slides.
- Experience in sourcing, prospecting leads and bringing new business.
- Strong sales process discipline with the proven ability of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
