About the Role:
Experience: 4Yrs to 7Yrs Max
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Notice Period: Immediate or Max 15 Days
Employment Type: Full-Time
As an LLM Engineer/Developer, you will be a crucial part of our AI development team, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing large language models.
You will work closely with data scientists, researchers, and other engineers to develop state-of-the-art NLP applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Model Development : Design, implement, and train large language models to address various NLP tasks such as text generation, summarization, translation, and more.
- Optimisation : Optimize model performance through techniques like pruning, quantization, and distillation to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Research and Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of NLP and LLMs, and integrate new techniques and methodologies into our models.
- Data Management : Work with large datasets to preprocess and clean data, ensuring high-quality input for model training and evaluation.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver robust AI solutions.
- Documentation and Reporting :
Maintain comprehensive documentation of model architecture, training procedures, and performance metrics. Communicate findings and improvements effectively to stakeholders.
- Deployment : Assist in the deployment of models into production environments, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience : Proven experience in developing and deploying large language models. Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Good to have experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
Strong understanding of NLP techniques and machine learning algorithms, Opensource LLMs. Good to have familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Cloud: Must have AWS / Azure or MLflow hands-on experience in deploying models in the cloud environment, familiar with cloud PLM.
