Job Summary:
Employee Benefit Practices-(Retention) - Managing the Employee Benefits portfolio of the corporate client.Responsibilities:Implement the delivery strategy for ensuring customer satisfaction, dependence & service patronageBuild and maintain effective relationship with key corporate customersCommunicate with clients to identify their requirements and make appropriate adjustments necessary for meeting client needsUtilize various mediums to engage with customers and provide quick assistance and resolution.Keeping customers updated on the latest products & service offeringsExpanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.Ensure the agreed deliverables are met in timely mannerCollaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure customer satisfactionDesired profile/who should join:Excellent communication skillsGood listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficientlyProficient in using Excel, Word & PowerPointShould have good technical knowledge about Employee health Insurance/ General Insurance products.Experience in General Insurance/ Insurance BrokersYears of experience: 5 to 9 yearsEducation qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Master’s DegreeCertifications: Any Insurance Qualification (preferred)
