Responsible for set up of alloperating equipments .

In the absenceof the Assistant Manager Guest Service ensure to take guest ordersadvice guests on specials menu options maintain control of guestand hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate andposted on a timelybasis.
Use everyopportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales throughsound product knowledge and sellingskills.
Ensure thatall guest queries inquiries and requests are attended to in ahelpful professional yet warm and friendlymanner.
Control roominventory and assign room per guestneeds.
Ensure to befamiliar with the property lay out fire exits and elevatorlocations .
Qualifications:
Hotel management degree /relevant diploma culinary
1to 2 year of workexperience.
Able towork under pressure and meetdeadlines.
Strivefor results (Success oriented data finder initiate /proactive).
E xcellent CommunicationSkills
