Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Team Lead - Quantitative Research at Conclave Market Research Pvt Ltd. Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing quantitative research projects, managing a team of project managers, possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of market research processes, and the ability to mentor and guide team members to achieve excellence in project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, mentor,
and inspire a team of project managers to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of online quantitative research projects, ensuring they meet client objectives and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, dashboards efficiently.
- Act as a primary liaison with clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the research process.
- Ensuring accuracy and providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients wherever possible.
- Contribute to the development of project management & sampling strategies that align with client goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve timely targets & project delivery deadlines.
- Monitor team performance and project outcomes, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Managing close follow ups with clients for timely project updates, closure and invoicing.
- Monitoring projects/dashboards and taking necessary steps to maintain the overall health metrics of the projects.
- Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle. This involves closely monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in quantitative market research, with a minimum of 1 year in a senior manager, leadership or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of various market research methodologies, Sampling tools & API/DIY management.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic data/report analysis and project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Market Research and Analytical Skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data accurately.
- Open to work in US/EST time zone.
