Role Description:
The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, coordinating sales, and providing excellent customer service to clients.·
Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Aggressively achieving the sales target. Continuous follow up with the customers.Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales. Regularly/Weekly attending sales meetings and training session. Maintain and Develop relationships with Channel Partners to grow the site businessGather and keep abreast all competitive information and have good understanding of the micro market and regular competition mappingHosting and Meeting Clients and giving sales presentations and property orientation about the development.·
Facilitating and driving revisits and resolving customer queries leading to deal closures end to endMeeting Revenue targets measurable monthly, quarterly and annually·
Activate all other channels as per company requirements to build on the network thereby to increase businessMaintain required number of calls and market visits as required from time to time.Take initiatives to meet individual sales targetsMust have there own vehicle.Must have a Gurugram Market experience.
