Requirements:
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.•Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, with specific experience in managing waterparks or resorts.•Languages: Fluency in English and French is required.
KRA's:
Operational Management:• Manage daily operations of the waterpark and resort, including guest services,
maintenance, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment.• Ensure all departments function efficiently and effectively.
Guest Experience:• Enhance guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and continually improving services.• Develop and implement guest service strategies to exceed expectations.•Financial Management:• Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring revenue targets and cost control measures are met.• Analyze financial reports and adjust operations to achieve financial goals.
Staff Management:•Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.•Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and employee development.
Safety and Compliance:•Ensure all safety regulations and health standards are met and exceeded.•Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain safety and compliance.
Marketing and Public Relations:•Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.•Act as the face of the resort,
engaging with the community and promoting the brand.
Strategic Planning:•Develop and implement long-term strategies to enhance the waterpark and resort’s competitiveness.• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
