Key Responsibilities :- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets. Targets will be on gross profits.- Execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition for CM.com's communication solutions.- Identify and engage with potential customers through cold calling, emailing, networking, and other outreach methods.- Understand client needs and effectively communicate how CM.com's SaaS and CPaaSNsolutions can solve their business challenges.- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by following up on leads, managing prospects,
and driving sales closures.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the Salesforce CRM.Must-Have Skills :- 2-3 years of outbound sales experience with an enterprise organisation in a B2B SaaS background.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence decision-makers.- Must be fluent in professional working languages Hindi and English. Knowledge of other languages would be a plus.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.- Knowledge of the Indian market and business landscape.- This is an onsite job and requires the candidate to work from our Bangalore office located in HSR layout. Probation period of 6 months.
