Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using React and related technologies
- Collaborate with engineers of same team and across teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Develop fast and interactive web applications incorporating the best user experience patterns.
- Create reusable components to be used across the application
- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends and best practices.
- Write unit and integration tests and maintain high code quality and reliability
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the services by optimizing code and database queries
- Participate in weekly on-call process and pro-actively debug and resolve issues reported in production
- Write documents on dynamic UI, Modularity and RCAs
- Support in hiring developers by taking interviews
- Provide training and mentorship to SDE-I.Must
Have :
- Min 3 years of work experience in front-end development of B2B/B2C web applications.
- Understanding of advanced React concepts such as higher-order components, hooks, context API, and lazy loading.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and any one framework like React, AngularJS, Vue JS .
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for frontend applications including code splitting, lazy loading, and bundling.
- Experience in working in Hybrid Native apps using React Native.
- Experience in producing good quality code with unit and functional test cases
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Should have command over Data Structures and Algorithms
- Ability to work well with others and thrive in a dynamic and challenging work environment.
