Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software applications and application components in an agile environment
- Create high-quality software by conducting peer design/code reviews and developing automated test cases
- Work with geographically distributed teams, with ample opportunity to learn from and mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment
- Play a key role in the future of software products by working closely with product management and other stakeholders to aid solution development
- Provide support for Service Availability, Stability and application performance
- Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 12 years of relevant software development experience
- Experience developing Microservices in Java using Spring framework/Spring Boot
- Experience in deploying applications to AWS or Azure cloud platforms and leveraging managed services on the cloud
- Experience with front-end technologies like Angular and ReactJ, Node JS
- Experience with Micro services
- Experience in providing technical guidance and inculcating engineering best practices within development teams
- Solid experience developing web applications on the Java platform (Spring, Spring Boot,
Hibernate, Web Services)
- Must have worked on the CI/CD tools Jenkins, Git/GitHub/subversion or any code versioning tool, Gradle, and any of the AWS cloud platform, Java, NodeJs
- Proven sound fundamentals of Core Java and technically hands-on and excellent in Design, Coding and Testing
