Job Description

The person would be responsible for the accounts and finance function of the company. Further he would also be responsible for the legal and secretarial functions of the organization. He should take care of the financing need of the company also which includes liaison with banks and financial institution. Apart from all these he is going to be responsible for the various MIS to be designed and generated as per the need of the company. He would also be responsible to interact with the statutory auditors of the company and to take care of the direct and indirect taxation of the company with the help of consultants.
