As the Senior Manager of the SBU Center of Technical Excellence,
you will have an outstanding opportunity to build and manage a world-class team of highly technical engineers in Hyderabad. Your team will be responsible for performing NAND Applications Engineering and Technical Marketing functions as part of the SBU organization. You will have the chance to facilitate NAND training programs, hire and staff outstanding talent, and conduct regular check-ins and reviews. Your leadership will be instrumental in successfully implementing high-quality products that meet customer requirements and industry standards. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor, coach, and develop a culture of excellence and innovation within your team.
To thrive in this role, you should possess a strong technical background in NAND engineering, along with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Your motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines will be key to your success. A bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering,
computer engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in NAND engineering and 2-3 years of leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage a highly technical team focused on NAND Applications Engineering and Technical Marketing
Facilitate NAND training programs and ensure the team is up to date with the latest industry trends
Conduct quarterly check-ins and reviews to provide feedback and guidance to team members
Oversee SBU's operations in Hyderabad and ensure the delivery of high-quality products
Mentor and coach team members to develop a culture of excellence and innovation
Requirements:
Strong technical background in NAND engineering
Excellent leadership, communication,
and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated, focused on accuracy, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments with strict time constraints.
Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in NAND engineering and 2-3 years of leadership experience
