Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time organised and experienced store Executive who can handle all stocks and inventory and ensure store maintenance. Our ideal candidate can multitask, have a learning aptitude and strong attention to detail while remaining professional with customers. We are looking for a customer-service oriented professional who can manage inventories, restock supplies, maintain inventory-related records and report. Also, we expect our store executive to have hands-on experience using inventory management and material management software to perform all job-related duties.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register (MRR), Storage, Dispatch,





and Inventory Control.
- To received material supplied by the vendor as per order place by the purchase department and making GRN.
- Preparation of MRN reconciliation statement every month.
- Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
- Maintain all store reports.
- Maintain store stock register Assets stock register.
- Maintaining the proper Method of stock issue maintaining the various levels of stock.
- To maintain the neat and tidiness of the store house. (5s)
- To issue material to department as per the Production order.
- To Execute of the dispatch activities as per daily dispatch plan.
- To understand all the team member and make the team stronger.
- Overall responsibility for all Stores, Dispatch Purchase functions.
- Maintain daily work plan in store.
- Daily communicate with purchase, production & Coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile:







- Required at least 1-2 Years of experience in store area.
- Should be graduate in any of stream.
- Should have good knowledge of Inward, Outward operation.
- Should be good in communication.
