Business Development Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with international sales experience to expand our client base and increase sales revenue. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of winning projects through freelancer platforms, establishing partnerships through technical collaboration,





and reaching out to large companies for outsourcing opportunities. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently and in collaboration with our team to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for candidates who has experience working in Europe, North America, or the Middle East region.

· Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients in the digital product and IT services sectors. Develop strategies to reach decision makers and generate interest in our offerings.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions that add value.

· Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by closing new business deals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.

· Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends,





market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to inform business development strategies and identify new opportunities.

· Proposal Development and Presentation: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition of our digital products and IT services.

· Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure alignment on client needs and project delivery. Provide feedback to improve our offerings and customer experience.

· Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales progress.





Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

· Strong experience of sales in EMEA, North America region

· 1-3 years of proven experience in business development and sales, specifically in the IT industry.

· Demonstrated success in winning projects through freelancer platforms and other online marketplaces.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

· Technical background or knowledge of IT services and solutions is a plus.

· Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field such as B.Tech is required.

· MBA in Sales, Marketing, would be a plus.
