Fusion HCM Product Development team designs, develops, releases, and maintains the Fusion suite of HCM Applications. Job Requirements
- Degree/Major: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.E/M.Tech from reputed universities.2. Experience: 3 to 10 years of strong experience/background in any Automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, etc) or other automation testing tools and proficiency in Java/JavaScript/Python.3. The ideal candidate should have strong automation experience to script in java/javascript with Selenium as well as who can write and execute manual test scripts.4. Good understanding of Software Development Processes.5. Self-starter, able to deliver projects on time meeting high-quality standards.6. Good verbal and written communication skills.7. Team player with Strong Problem solving and analytical skills.8. Experience in any of the HCM products,
and experience in automating and testing AI and ML systems is an added advantage..
Career Level - IC3
As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.
