Job Description
We are Hiring Business Development executive (IT) for an IT company dealing in Saas products.
Education - graduation / MBA prefer
Location - Delhi
Responsibilities :
1. New Business Development :
o Lead new business development for a specific region / industry.
o Create cross-sale and up sell opportunities with the existing client base in the region / industry.
o Identify challenges pertaining to the procurement function of existing & new clients and suggest possible solutions, thereby creating cross & new selling opportunities.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting :
o Build leads & prospects through references, LinkedIn connects, and social networks.
o Pursue leads created by the Internal Sales team.
3. Sales Presentations and Proposals :
o Develop and deliver sales presentations to clients.
o Create proposals, follow up on submissions, and close business.
4. Market Analysis and Strategy Development :
o Analyse market & client scenarios.
o Suggest strategies to effectively position the value propositions of the company
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
- You have working knowledge of IT sales
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
