Mission of the Role: Lead the development and execution of innovative, business-focused Global Talent Management solutions that align with Visteon's strategic goals. Translate best practices into tailored, easy-to-use programs that drive organizational and individual growth and empower our people to excel. Works in a Build, operate Transfer model.

Key Objectives of this Role:





This is a Global role that builds and delivers solutions for all of Visteon's 18 countries.

My Visteon Performance (Visteon's Impact assessment program): 30% of the role

- Articulate the vision & design of phase 2 of OKR (Objectives & Key Results) implementation across the organization to deliver the Business outcomes aimed for.
- Leverage OKR champions to ensure it is driven as a business process.
- Create the next level of end to end My Visteon Performance, ensuring alignment with business goals, rewards, and consistency across all regions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance reviews, feedback mechanisms and Individual impact.
- Drive the Organizational wide capability building and resource building for this area.
- Monitor and analyze OKR and performance data to identify trends,





areas for improvement and have an implementation plan.

Talent & Succession Planning: 30% of the role

- Build a practical Visteon Contextual integrated Talent Management process that connects all critical areas.
- Execute the Integrated Talent Management Roadmap over the next 3 years.
- Build the structure and maturity of the succession planning process for leadership roles, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Work with leaders to identify potential successors and coach them on development plans to prepare them for future roles.
- Create and own the process for developing an Emerging Talent pool for Succession planning.






- Collaborate with Total rewards team to develop the executive promotion process to align with succession and organizational needs.
- Own the career development strategy that aligns with the integrated Talent Management Process
- Own the Governance of the Succession Planning process - Track succession planning metrics to assess progress and readiness of talent pools.
- Leverage Talent analytics data and insights to continuously coach HR partners, Leaders and to evolve the Talent Practices
- Partner with Leadership Effectiveness Leader to ensure their solutions are aligned with the Talent Planning needs.

Capability Building (HR Partner & People Manager): 25% of the role.

- Build and enhance HR partner & People Manager capabilities to effectively implement and sustain Talent management processes.
- Deliver training and resources to HR Partners & People Managers,





ensuring they are equipped to support employees, especially in My Visteon Performance, succession planning, and career development.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to HR partners to drive consistency and excellence across talent management practices.

Listening Strategy: 15% of the role

- Design and manage the company's listening strategy, including the annual global Have a Say Survey and other feedback tools.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to interpret survey results and develop processes that drive action plans.
- Continuously improve listening tools and methodologies to capture meaningful employee insights.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Successful alignment of OKRs with business outcomes across all regions,





with measurable improvements in goal achievement.
- Increased employee performance and measurable impact
- Strong leadership pipeline with a clear succession plan for key roles
- Improved execution of talent management practices, with HR Partners and People Managers driving consistency and excellence across teams.
- Listening strategy survey action plan implementation rate
- Delivery against Talent planning Metrics

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

- Master's in business management or psychology
- Breadth and depth of experience in Talent Management & Development
- Collaborates with Executive Teams and Leaders across global regions
- Well-networked; knowledgeable of industry best practices and trends
- Managed global talent programs,





delivering measurable results
- Strong analytical skills; translates data into actionable strategies
- Product mindset for Talent Management
- Clear, outcome-focused communicator with executive presence
- 14+ years in complex, matrixed environments in similar roles

Reporting Structure: This role will report to Sr. Director, Global Head of Talent Management.
