Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager whose background is in talent acquisition and talent management, and who is ready to outgrow their present role to work with independent teams. This individual will work directly with our corporate clients to enable team selection and project delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong HR background with expertise in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development,
and HR processes in large organizations. You’ll work consultatively with both HR and Business teams to shape team acquisition for projects, ensuring that our clients experience exceptional value through our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition programs with corporate clients, focusing on interns, graduates, and experienced hires.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from project initiation through to completion.
- Collaborate closely with HR and business teams at client organizations to understand their hiring needs and optimize their processes using the Trumio platform.
- Work with the Trumio internal product team to provide client feedback for continuous platform improvements.
- Provide consultative advice to clients, earning trust and influencing stakeholders to drive impactful hiring outcomes.
- Constructively challenge internal teams and clients,
offering insights and recommendations to enhance overall processes.
- Ensure that the Trumio platform delights clients by delivering exceptional user experience and value.
What we are looking for
- 5-7 years of HR experience, specifically in talent acquisition, talent development, and related HR processes within large corporate environments.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and build trust quickly.
- Proven experience managing talent acquisition programs from end to end.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and contribute to internal and client teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills, along with excellent presentation abilities.
- A natural people person who enjoys building and nurturing client relationships.
- Communication and inter-personal skills are key to this role
