Job Overview:
We are seeking a Performance Marketer with at least 2 years of experience in the EdTech industry . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns to drive student acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for optimizing digital marketing efforts and ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, , etc.) specifically targeting the EdTech audience.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to improve conversions and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance the performance of ads and landing pages.
- Work within allocated budgets to achieve maximum results and ROI.
- Generate regular performance reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing assets tailored for the EdTech sector.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing within the EdTech industry (mandatory) .
- Strong experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Data-driven with the ability to make decisions based on performance metrics.
- Experience in SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
